This policy explains how The Sustainity Co., Ltd. ("Sustainity," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit www.thesustainity.com or contact us.

1. Data controller

2. Scope

This policy covers personal data we process about visitors to the site and people who contact us through it or through our booking and application links. Where applicable, we comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, for visitors in the EEA or UK, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Personal data we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact / demo form (processed by Squarespace): name, company, role or title, email, what you move, the decision your teams want to discuss, and your area of interest.
  • Decision Health Check booking (processed by Google Calendar appointment scheduling): your name, email and any details you add when booking a time.
  • Founding POC application (processed by Google Forms): the information you submit in that form.
  • Email and other correspondence you send us.

Information collected automatically

When you use the site, technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring URLs may be collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We use personal data for the purposes below. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are shown; under Thailand's PDPA we rely on comparable bases, including consent, contractual necessity and legitimate interest.

5. Recipients and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, under appropriate agreements:

  • Squarespace:website hosting and contact-form processing.
  • Google:Google Calendar appointment scheduling (Health Check bookings), Google Forms (POC applications) and Google Fonts (served on our pages).
  • LinkedIn:if you choose to connect with us there.
  • Professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

6. International data transfers

Some of our providers (for example, Google and Squarespace) process data outside Thailand, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or a recognised adequacy decision. You may contact us for more information about these safeguards.

7. Google Fonts

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. This does not place a cookie, but your IP address is shared with Google to deliver the fonts, under Google's privacy terms.

8. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. We retain enquiry, booking and application data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email contact@thesustainity.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Thailand, the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC); in the EEA or UK, your local data protection authority.

10. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run and improve the site. For details and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy. Where required, non-essential cookies are set only with your consent.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
